NEW COVID-19 PRECAUTION POLICIES

BySeneca, LLC. COVID-19 Photoshoot Precaution Policies effective immediately.

  • Due to COVID-19, no guests are allowed on set of your scheduled photo session in location or in studio. 

  • Hair and makeup must be done before arrival. 

  • Clients must sanitize their hands upon arrival to the studio. Hand sanitizer is provided inside the studio. 

  • Please do not come to your scheduled photo session if you feel sick. Even if you only have a common cold. Please alert the photographer if you have any environment related allergies that may cause you to cough or sneeze. 

  • You may reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to the date without any penalty if you have ANY kind of illness. 

  • BySeneca has the right to cancel and end any photo session early if client appears to exhibit any COVID-19 related symptoms.

  • BySeneca will keep a distance of 6 feet or more from all clients and guests. 

  • Client(s) will not be able to view images via the photographer's camera during the photo session to prevent the possible passing of germs and to adhere to the 6 foot social distancing guidelines.

 

GENERAL POLICIES

  • Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response to your email inquiry. We function via email only and will not be communicating by phone or DM.

  • There is a $50 non-refundable deposit required for booking. Your appointment is not secured until you pay your deposit. Payment of retainer fee/deposit constitutes as agreement to BySeneca Photography Policies & procedures.

  • BySeneca, LLC does NOT send unedited images.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to the photographer’s own doing

  • As of September 1, 2020 Paypal is the only form of payment and a 3% fee will be applied.

  • Client will receive studio location after appointment has been booked.

  • Full amount must be paid the morning of your shoot by 9am. 

  • There is a 30 minute grace period for late clients. After this grace period, the photographer has a right to cancel your appointment.

  • Please do NOT come intoxicated or bring liquor/cannabis. If you do, it is at the discretion of the photographer to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

  • There will be a $50 fee if the backdrop is damaged.

  • Cancellation fee is $50 and you may reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment without being charged. Anything within that 48-hour window will result in a $30 fee being assessed.

  • If the appointment is rescheduled twice, the photographer reserves the right to cancel your appointment entirely and your deposit will NOT be refunded.  

  • If there is a no show, an invoice will be sent for the full shoot amount.

Shooting may not take up the full time that is scheduled for your appointment. 

  • BySeneca, LLC is not responsible for creatively directing your shoot.

  • Outfit changes should not take more than 5-10 minutes or fees will be applied for session extension.

  • Fees are strictly enforced. 

  • All sales are final
